1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", or "your") and betx12 ("betx12", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the betx12 online gaming platform, including all websites, mobile applications, and services operated by betx12 (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any betx12 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies posted on the Platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. betx12 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

When registering for a betx12 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and belongs to you personally. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) betx12 account. Creating, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts under different names, email addresses, or devices is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If betx12 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same person, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void any winnings, forfeit all balances, and ban you from future use of the Platform. This policy applies regardless of whether multiple accounts were created intentionally or inadvertently.

2.4 Account Verification

betx12 requires identity verification for all accounts. You must provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or Philippine National ID) upon request. Additional documentation, such as proof of address or payment method verification, may be required before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by betx12 may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Security and Obligations

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betx12 username, password, and any other login credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify betx12 immediately via live chat or email.

3.2 Prohibited Account Uses

You agree not to use your betx12 account for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms. 3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

betx12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited if the termination was due to a breach of these Terms. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting betx12 customer support, provided that you have no outstanding obligations or pending transactions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

betx12 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), cryptocurrency (USDT), and 7-Eleven cash-in services. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method. betx12 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified account in your legal name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. betx12 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5-10 minutes, and bank transfers within 24-48 hours, though processing times may vary. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal. betx12 reserves the right to request additional documentation or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by betx12 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility. Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less). Bonus funds must be used within the specified validity period, after which they will expire. betx12 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus terms are violated.

5. Gameplay Rules and Responsible Gaming

All games on the betx12 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by betx12 or any player. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or exploit games or betting systems is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds. This includes, but is not limited to, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software bugs, or any other form of cheating.

5.2 Sports Betting and Market Rules

Sports betting markets on betx12 are subject to specific rules regarding bet acceptance, settlement, and result determination. Bets are accepted until the designated market closing time. betx12 reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of obvious errors, suspicious betting patterns, or technical glitches. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled unless betx12 determines the bet was accepted in error. Bet settlement is based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. 6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content on the betx12 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, videos, audio, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of betx12 or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from betx12.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, betx12 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. betx12 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the betx12 Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and betx12. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
